Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 27 September 2026

This policy explains the scope of refund rights, the rules that apply when you change plan, the cancellation procedure and the request channels for Dreavion Performance Intelligence paid plans. It is read together with the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

1.1. Scope

This policy covers paid subscriptions purchased directly for Dreavion Performance Intelligence. Where a corporate subscription is bought under a separate signed agreement, the commercial terms of that agreement apply.

Advertising spend you pay to third-party platforms is outside the scope of this policy. Dreavion does not collect and cannot refund the spend in your connected advertising and analytics accounts.

1.2. Seller and payment infrastructure

Paid subscriptions are collected through Paddle, our payment provider acting as merchant of record. Paddle appears on your invoice and on your card statement.

Refunds are handled through the same channel. Dreavion approves the refund and Paddle returns the payment. Some refunds are also subject to review by Paddle.

1.3. Free plan

The Basic plan is free and no payment is taken. No refund arises on this plan. You can stop using the free plan at any time.

1.4. Fourteen-day refund right

When you move to a paid plan for the first time, you may request a full refund within fourteen days of the initial payment date without giving a reason. This voluntary fourteen-day guarantee applies to both monthly and annual initial purchases.

Our voluntary fourteen-day money-back guarantee begins with your first successful paid subscription purchase. It is not restarted by upgrades, downgrades, billing-cycle changes, renewals, cancellations or a later re-subscription. This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable law or Paddle’s buyer policies.

1.5. After fourteen days

Once the fourteen-day period has passed, no voluntary refund is made for the period already paid, apart from the correction of a billing error. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you paid for and ends automatically on that date.

No pro-rata cash refund applies to the remaining months of an annual plan. Annual payment is discounted because the period is committed upfront. Value arising from a plan change is handled separately under section 1.6.

1.6. Plan changes

Plan upgrades and downgrades generally take effect immediately once you confirm the change. Before you confirm, Paddle shows you the financial impact it has calculated, including any prorated charge or account credit, the amount due now and your next billing date. Paddle is the billing and proration authority for these calculations.

Where a plan change leaves unused value from the period you have already paid for, Paddle may apply that value as account credit against your future invoices. Account credit is not a cash refund. Changes between monthly and annual billing depend on the transition being supported safely by Paddle.

Where a transition cannot preserve prepaid value safely, we may make that transition unavailable rather than approximate it with our own scheduling. A plan change does not restart or extend our voluntary fourteen-day money-back guarantee. Your mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

1.7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for and ends automatically on that date.

The rule above applies to cancellation by you. Where a subscription payment is reversed through a chargeback or payment dispute raised with your bank or card issuer, and Paddle confirms the chargeback, we may cancel the paid subscription immediately rather than at the end of the billing period, and your paid-plan access may end from that cancellation. A notice that a dispute may be raised does not by itself end your access. If you think a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so that we can correct any billing error.

Cancelling and asking for a refund are not the same thing. Cancelling on its own does not request or trigger a refund. A refund is requested separately, as described below.

You can cancel from the Billing page in Performance Intelligence, through the Paddle customer portal, or by writing to info@dreaviontechnology.com.

1.8. Renewals

Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the period you selected. The fourteen-day refund right does not arise again for renewal payments.

If you do not want to be charged for a renewal, cancelling before the renewal date is enough.

1.9. Early access pricing

This policy applies in full to subscriptions bought at a discounted early access price. A discounted price does not narrow your refund right.

1.10. Cases where no refund is made

No voluntary refund is made in the following cases: expiry of the fourteen-day period, renewal payments, the unused portion of a paid period after a plan change or a billing-cycle change, suspension or termination of the service because of use contrary to the Terms of Use, and spend paid to third-party platforms. Where a plan change leaves unused value, Paddle may apply it as account credit under section 1.6, which is not a cash refund. The correction of a billing error, such as an incorrect or duplicate charge, is not affected.

If a connected third-party platform stops its own service, restricts access or changes its data sharing, Dreavion cannot be held responsible for that. Where such a change permanently prevents the service from being provided, we assess the situation separately.

1.11. Purchases made as a consumer

Statutory withdrawal rights of buyers acting as consumers are reserved. The fourteen-day period above does not narrow those rights and the provision more favourable to the consumer applies.

For digital services, where supply begins immediately at your request, the scope of the withdrawal right is determined by the applicable law.

1.12. Refund timing and method

Approved refunds are submitted through Paddle to the original payment method, in the same currency the payment was taken in. Processing and approval times may vary depending on Paddle, the payment method and your bank. Higher-value refunds in particular may require review by Paddle before they can be completed.

A partial refund applies only where there is a concrete error such as an incorrect charge or a duplicate charge.

1.13. Taxes

The refunded amount includes taxes applied at the time of collection. Tax refunds are handled by the payment provider according to the rules of the relevant country.

1.14. Making a request

You can ask for a refund from the Billing page in Performance Intelligence, or by writing to info@dreaviontechnology.com. Including your account email and the payment date speeds up the process.

We review refund requests as promptly as reasonably possible. Cancelling your subscription does not by itself request a refund. If a request is declined, the reason is given in writing.

1.15. Changes

This policy may be updated. The current version is published on this page and the effective date is shown at the top. The version in force at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
