Data Deletion and Account Closure Instructions
Effective date: 17 August 2026
This page explains how to remove a connection inside Performance Intelligence, request deletion of data taken from a particular platform, close a customer account, or exercise personal data rights under the KVKK.
These are separate processes.
1.1. Disconnecting a platform
An authorized user can disconnect a supported connection from Settings / Integrations in the platform.
When a connection is removed:
the corresponding access credential held by Dreavion Technology is deleted,
the connection is set to a disconnected state,
future synchronisation for that platform stops,
connection details such as the selected account or property may be cleared.
Disconnecting does not:
automatically delete performance data collected in the past,
automatically delete reports already generated,
in every case automatically withdraw the app or permission record held on the third-party platform’s own side.
1.2. Removing the authorization on the third-party platform
After disconnecting in Dreavion, you can also remove Dreavion / Performance Intelligence access from the platform’s own account settings if you wish.
For example:
Meta: from connected apps or business integrations in Meta/Facebook account or business settings,
Google: from third-party connections and permissions in your Google Account,
other platforms: from the connected apps, integrations or app permissions area of the service in question
access can be revoked separately.
The menu names and screens of third parties may change over time.
When a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad account is connected, only advertising performance metrics are read through the Meta Marketing API. No ads are created, edited or published. When the connection is removed under Settings › Integrations, the related access token is deleted and future synchronization stops. To have data obtained through Meta deleted, follow the request process described on this page.
1.3. Requesting deletion of data taken from a particular platform
An authorized customer representative may request deletion of data taken from one specific third-party platform only.
The request should be sent to info@dreaviontechnology.com, where possible from the email address registered on the Performance Intelligence account.
Including the following makes the request easier to handle:
the customer or workspace name,
the name and account email of the authorized person making the request,
the platform whose data should be deleted,
the scope or date range of the deletion request, if any.
The scope of the request is assessed in terms of the related connection details, access credentials, performance and cache data taken from the platform, and derived records that can technically be attributed to that provider.
Combined reports, security logs, audit logs, information that must be retained under a legal obligation, and records technically inseparable from other data sources are assessed separately. Records that legislation requires to be retained, or for which Dreavion Technology has a legally valid retention ground, may not be deleted immediately on request.
1.4. Requesting closure of a Performance Intelligence customer account
Closing a customer account or removing the data in a customer workspace must be requested by the account owner or by a person verified as authorized to do so.
Requests can be sent to info@dreaviontechnology.com.
Before carrying out an irreversible or wide-ranging deletion, Dreavion Technology may verify the identity of the requester and their authority to act on the customer’s behalf.
An account closure request is assessed in terms of user and membership records, integrations, performance data, data the customer has brought into the system, reports and notification settings. Records that must be retained by law and limited security or audit logs may fall outside its scope.
1.5. A data subject’s KVKK request about their own personal data
An employee or authorized user of a Performance Intelligence customer, or any other data subject for whom Dreavion Technology is the direct data controller, may submit requests under Law No. 6698 using the methods set out in the KVKK Privacy Notice.
For data belonging to third parties that our customers collect through their own form or lead processes, the data controller for that processing activity may be the customer. If such a request reaches Dreavion Technology, it may be necessary, so far as legally appropriate, to direct the request to the relevant customer or to act on that customer’s instructions.
This distinction exists to prevent an unauthorised person from having another customer’s data deleted, and to make sure the correct data controller handles the request.
1.6. Identity and authority verification
To protect data security, Dreavion Technology may ask for identity and authority verification proportionate to the nature of the request.
The principle is not to ask for more personal data than necessary. However, where the requester or their authority on the customer’s behalf cannot be securely verified, the request may not be concluded until the additional verification is complete.
1.7. Concluding requests
Data subject requests under the KVKK are concluded as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
For customer operational requests outside the scope of the KVKK, the timescale may vary with the scope of the request, technical dependencies, the volume of data, third-party systems and contractual terms. Beyond the periods required by law, this text does not create a separate fixed voluntary deletion SLA.
Requests are concluded free of charge as a rule. Where the process involves an additional cost and the legislation permits a fee, the applicable tariff may be applied.
1.8. Automated lifecycles
In the current product behavior of Performance Intelligence:
report files are removed from active report storage after 14 days on the Basic plan, 30 days on Pro and 60 days on Corporate,
when a user disconnects a supported platform, the corresponding Dreavion access credential is deleted.
Any wider deletion beyond this is carried out today through a verified request and a controlled operational process. This page does not promise a self-service or instant automated deletion feature.
1.9. Limited records that may not be deleted or may be kept longer
Depending on the circumstances, the following records may fall outside a deletion request or be retained for longer:
records that legislation requires to be retained,
records necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,
limited audit logs needed for fraud prevention, abuse prevention, security and system integrity,
records covered by an ongoing dispute, investigation or legal claim,
copies held in technical backups until the infrastructure providers’ routine backup and rotation processes complete.
These exceptions do not mean the data may be used for new and unrelated purposes.
Where deletion is not technically possible, or where the data cannot be deleted in full because of a legal retention obligation, the relevant data may be irreversibly anonymized. Anonymized data does not qualify as personal data.
